9/11 Observance Ceremony

Friday, September 11th 12:00 PM

Please join us Friday, September 11, 2026 at the Watertown Ag Pavilion (next to the railroad tracks on S Central Ave / Sparta Pike)

We will begin the ceremony at 12:00 PM (noon)

Watertown will again host an observance and memorial of the events of September 11, 2001.

Watertown Police, Watertown Volunteer Fire Department, Wilson County Sheriff, TN Highway Patrol, Wilson County Emergency Management, and their staffs and officers/personnel, have been invited, along with Wilson County Mayor Randall Hutto, and others.

District Attorney General Jason Lawson will be our featured speaker.  Being in law shool on that date, he can bring us some unique memories of that day.  County Mayor Randall Hutto will also be participating.

And, as always, our outstanding Watertown High School Band and/or choir will provide musical presentations.

This is the 25th Anniversary of the event.
