Watertown ceelbrates Halloween with an annual Trick-Or-Treat on the Public Square.

Trick-Or-Treating around the square starts at 5:00 PM (ish) on Saturday, October 30th.

Costume Contest - At the Gazebo - Line Up at 5:30 PM, Judging at 6:00 PM
