Railroad Museum
Watertown is on track to become Tennessee’s rail tourism hotspot.The town is gearing up for a historic moment as steam engine No. 576 rolls in, lovingly restored by Nashville Steam Preservations.
In addition to our own fundraising for a new museum complex, a $2.4M rail yard project is also underway. Once completed, it will include a historic turntable and tracks donated by CSX Transportation, capable of hosting excursions for 500 passengers!
